6 years agoIt's bit retro but it's an amazing place. We had breakfast one morning. So good. Eggs cooked perfectly. Hashbrowns, sausage gravy n biscuts and everything in between. Great sized portions. Had to take the rest of mine home. Next day... the best burger I've ever had. Cajun bacon...WOW! My husband had the one with corned beef on the burger! He loved it. The staff is great and the food was hot and great. We will go back for sue next time we are in the area... FOR SURE!!!! It's where all the locals go so you know it's good! We were treated like family!!

7 years agoNice family friendly diner! Just walk in and take a seat, service is fast and friendly. They have little toys to occupy kids.

7 years agoI have been there for breakfast twice now because they serve Plath's bacon and sausage. The food was top-notch and the price is even better! Seriously, how can they sell a HUGE BREAKFAST for the same price as a McSausage egg and cheese biscuit, hash browns and a coffee. I would eat here just for the value, but the GREAT FOOD is a bonus! It's only a 300 mile drive. I'll be back again one day!

8 years agoI had Two of the $2 1/4# burgers. They were pretty good. I would recommend this place. I had breakfast there before to and that was also good.

8 years agoWas not familiar with the area and was looking for a ma & pa type restaurant and not a chain. Decided to try this one. My boyfriend, 2 kids and I were extremely satisfied by the food. It was delicious!! Our server was a young man and he was spectacular! He has very good customer serve skills! If I'm ever out that way again, I will definitely be back!

9 years agoI was pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian options available and the price was great; it was only $15 for a meal for two off the healthy section of the menu. While they could improve on the veggie burger by adding more toppings like tomato and onion, overall I can't complain because I went in expecting to eat a salad or a side. I'll probably eat there again if I'm in the area.
